Function in Play
- Juliet Parr’s principal haven is near Highgate Cemetery. The cemetery is also Malkavian gathering territory.
- In 1969, the Highgate Vampire panic is about to erupt — newspaper stories about strange sightings will proliferate in 1969-1970, leading to amateur “vampire hunters” trespassing nightly.
- This is a Masquerade crisis in slow motion. Juliet Parr must contain it while maintaining her own operations.
- The irony: the “Highgate Vampire” may not be a Kindred at all — but the media frenzy threatens to expose those who ARE there.
