• London’s Underground railway system — plus the Victorian sewer network, forgotten basements, abandoned Tube stations, and WWII-era shelters — forms the Nosferatu domain.
• Richard de Worde is the acknowledged master of this network, though “the Underprince” (an unnamed Nosferatu power broker) controls the political aspects.
• Harold Tanner (“Holborn Harry”) serves as archivist and information broker from somewhere in the network.
• In 1969, several stations have been closed or rebuilt, creating new hidden spaces.
• The Post Office Railway (Mail Rail) running beneath central London provides additional secret transit.
