Manages all of Lodin’s financial affairs. Lodin stole him from Chase Manhattan Bank with a salary no mortal employer could match and a side benefit beyond price — immortal life through the blood. Proud of his education and upper-class upbringing. A lover of classical music who clashes constantly with Derek and Amber over the radio.

Recently disowned by his mother — a secret he keeps from the others. The family status that once defined him is now a wound he carries in private.

Obeys Roarke’s orders explicitly but insists on private counsel with Lodin afterward when he disagrees. Jealously hoards his time with the Prince and takes pride in their relationship. Gets along well with Natasha — mutual respect between two professionals. Despises Derek’s and Amber’s taste in music and their lack of decorum.

In the 1969 London flashback, Julian reads the Financial Times in the wingback chair nearest the vault door, one ear cocked toward the steel. He is later killed by Roarke during the present-day events of Ashes to Ashes — shot in Lodin’s office during the infiltration.
