Age 32 in 1969. Born 1937. Slender, 5'7", hardened by extensive workouts. Shoulder-length blunt-cut blond hair, finely sculpted face. The cold Nordic siren.

Lodin’s bodyguard. Granted Marksman status at the FBI Academy — one of the first female students in the early fifties. Black belts in Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Jujitsu. Attached to Special Affairs at the Bureau, where she first encountered Lodin while investigating suspected paranormal activity in the Chicago area. Her Russian ancestry put her under suspicion during the McCarthy era. When the Bureau fired her for “communist activities,” Lodin offered her a job. He used his connections with the Ventrue Justicar — who had influence over Hoover — to have her name completely removed from FBI files.

She has served Lodin faithfully ever since, though she occasionally suspects he engineered her firing in the first place.

Loyal to Lodin for one reason: he lets her demonstrate how good she is. Above all else, she wants to prove herself — to show she is better than anyone at what she does, which is killing. She works for a man she despises because he grants her that freedom.

Respects Julian Curry. Despises Derek’s empty bravado and his constant advances. Considers Amber useless. Follows Roarke’s lead as field commander but trusts him less than the others.
